My name is Rajesh and I am here to raise funds for my mother G Anatha Lakshmi who is 52 years old. G Anatha Lakshmi lives in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh with her children & relatives.

G Anatha Lakshmi has been suffering from Intestinal Perforation for a few months. She is currently admitted and receiving ICU Care in a private hospital, in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
