I am an individual and not a NGO or Organisation, had a chance of visiting outskirts of our city Kolkata and found lack of Low budget or Low cost schools, have come up with an idea to appeal the donors to support me for a noble cause which is as under :
Education is the most essential possession, a person must have. It is the keys to success, wealth and knowledge. It is the only possession that cannot be taken away from a person and it will open up the windows of opportunities.
Where there’s lots of demand of schools are rising. One should also think about cost cutting, as there are lots of school here and there but due to proverty and unemployment children are not able to achieve education as their parents are unable to send them to school. Budgeting can help in improving the condition much better as it can help many parents to push their wards towards education. This kind of low budget school will help the poor children to afford the educational fees, books can be selected according to price and supplied free of cost from school.
Opening of such school can also help in unemployment. Many of them well educated teachers who are lacking back in the race of placement, will get the opportunity of working and sharing their educational experience.
Idea of opening such low budget school can be a cause of charity towards the society and to raise hands towards the success of our upcoming future. Donors should come front and donate generously for this noble cause. A cause of prosperity, humanity and morality.

PROPOSED AREA FOR SCHOOL will be Panchanno gram, Kolkata.
After funds are collected, will rent a place already built of about 2500-3000 sqft. having atleast 10 to 12 rooms with essential washrooms, etc. which are easily available in that area now a days.

Door to door campaign will be conducted along with banners, hoarding and advertisements for the admission. Underpriviledged and poorer section will be admitted to these classes at a very lowest admission and monthly tuition fee which will be affordable to them. The lowest fee collected from each students will be spend on teachers remuneration, etc. and day to day running cost of the school.
Free books and essentials will be provided to the students, who are unable to buy due to monetary or financial problems at home, for these type of students waiving off the admission or monthly tuition fee or both will also be practiced as and when required. In other words none of those who want to study will be denied education no matter which ever section they belong to.
Initially will start with Nursery to Class VIII and will move till class XII in near future. Target is to accommodate 600 - 700 students out of which 33 % reserved for underpriviledged poor students i.e. about 200 students. Collected funds will be used for infrastructure, books etc. as per estimated cost below :
1. Renting about 3000 sqft - Security Deposit 3,00,000/-
Rent @ 30,000/- per month at initial stage till 12 months
2. Hoarding, Banner, Misc stationery - 70K to 80K
3. Fan, Light etc inside 12 rooms - 50K
4. Bench for student seating arrangements inside 12 rooms - 1,00,000/-
5. Table, Almirah & Misc. for office - 40K
6. Free books & Uniform for underpriviledged 200 students- 3000/- per student.
7. Teachers/Staff salary at initial stage 1,40,000/- monthly x 12 months.

Income estimated post 1 year from 400 students out of 600 students :
School fee Class Nursery to VIII - 350/- to 700/- per month
therefore avg. of 500/- x 400 students - 200,000/- per month.
Monthly school running cost - 1. Rent - 30,000/- per month
2. Teacher/Staff salary - 1,40,000/- per month
To School fund
1. Nominal Admission fee from 400 students/ year
2. Remaining of the monthly fee collected after running cost.
Day to Day progress will be posted along with uploaded invoices of the expenses made to keep the donor updated.
