Help families who lost livelihood and started begging due to corona.

I travelled to India during this difficult times. Today I met this family of  a blind man  (please watch the video ) who lost their main source of income because of corona and no other job to find and started begging.  There are many more families like this. Let's try to help few of them at least to get back to their normal life during the unprecedented time like right now.  Even a small amount will make a huge difference. Thanks for all your help and kindness.

Dear Supporters,

It has been an incredible week so far. First of all, my heartfelt thanks to all the donors for the generous support, I am personally super proud of everyone. I started distributing the funds to the needy people. So far I have used Rs 10,600/- on groceries and Rs 2,500/- as a cash donation. I will continue to post the progress. You can see all my interactions with them in the google drive link here

It is a highly rewarding experience to meet them and hear their stories and happy to help them in some ways. As we all know this is not a permanent solution but this is something to get some help during this tough time. This would not have been possible without your support, I can't thank you enough. Let me also share the sad side of all these , it is very very difficult to make sure the funds gets distributed ONLY to the people in need.

Unbelievably people are after free stuff (Thanks to our politicians for giving them top class training on this), even the people who can afford three meals comfortably are after this and there are middle man trying to divert this to their favorites. I'm trying to avoid all these and also reaching out to NGO organizations which are trustworthy. Couple of days ago I even thought of returning you all the donations but people like one 80+ year old grandma kept me going, she was unbelievable even at this age who was walking on the tar road for field work with bare feet that too under 90+ degrees sun. This is what all this about. Will keep posted more, if you have time, enjoy the videos.

Thank you.
