My name is Anand Juel Suren I am here to raise funds for my wife Esrani Suren who is 75 years old. We live in Village - Kadlipal in Sambalpur district in Odisha, India. with my spouse & children. Esrani Suren is a housewife. 

She is diagnosed with Intracranial hemorrhage and has Left-sided stroke. She has Chronic Kidney Disease and Hypertension. She is currently under treatment. She's in ventilator.

The doctor has advised surgery. She is admitted to Vikas Multispeciality Hospital in Bargarh, Odisha, India. This is the only Multispeciality Hospital with advanced care within a radius of 300 Kms. This hospital doesn't have a tie-up with ' Rashtriya Swasthiya Bima Yojana'. (PM Health Card). 

We're tribals practicing subsistence farming.

Until now, we've spent about Rs. 1,00,000. we've arranged the amount from savings.
