How Volship Works
Over the course of three months, Volship Fellows design and implement volunteer-driven initiatives addressing pressing community needs. Fellows undergo training in project management, leadership, and community engagement while receiving guidance from experienced mentors. With a network of volunteers and collaborators, they tackle issues like dropout rates, access to educational resources, and creating inclusive learning environments.
