Who does not love rain?…it comes with fresh air, new beginnings and lots of hope.
If the monsoon showers bring relief from the unrelenting summers to some, it also becomes an unmitigated disaster for many Tribals living in Rural India. In many parts of the world, including India, the huts are supported by wooden beams and it is made of thatch or bamboo matting with mud plastered on it which makes it extremely vulnerable during monsoons.
One of the most important and immediate requirements during monsoon is to provide affected communities with temporary roofs (Tarpaulin Sheets) so that they can live with dignity and work towards resuming their normal lives.
This monsoon let’s make a wish and share the warmth of a roof along with healthy food to fight hunger(after effects of covid pandemic) with tribal communities in Rural India.
IT MAY JUST TAKE A FEW SECONDS FOR YOU TO GIFT A SMILE TO SOMEONE. BUT THE MEMORY OF THAT SMILE, THE CHEER & THE HOPE IT MIGHT HAVE GIVEN TO THAT PERSON WOULD LAST A LIFETIME.
