We are deeply saddened to share the loss of our colleague Durga Dharmalingam’ s husband Sakthivel Gururajan. The entire family was diagnosed with Covid during mid-April and his condition got worsen on Apr 22nd from then he was on Ventilator. Unfortunately, he lost that battle on Apr 24th 2021. Her husband is a great human being who helped the needy at all times and especially during Covid he supported a lot of people by providing medicines, food and other items in and around Coimbatore.

Durga is been with Cognizant for the past 10 years. She has 2 kids 1 son, 8 years old and daughter 1.5 years. During this tough time also Durga is strongly facing a huge loss and she herself undergone hospitalization for about 10 days. Now she is recovered and managing her kids all alone with minimal support. Her financial condition is weak and would need support.
