My name is Rajesh Kumar Nayak and I am here to raise funds for my friend Dukhishyam Nayak who is 29 years old. Both of us live together in Gundaradari village. I've known Dukhishyam Nayak for childhood. He is currently seeking out a suitable job.

Dukhishyam Nayak lives in Nayagarh, Odisha with parents, spouse and 3 years old daughter. He met a road accident on 12th July, few days ago.

He is currently admitted and receiving ICU Care at Hi-Tech Medical College and Hospital, Bhubaneswar, Odisha . Until now, we've spent about Rs.1,50,000.
