India ranked 94th among 107 countries in the global hunger index in 2020 and was in the serious hunger category. As India was crawling back to normalcy in the beginning of 2021, it got battered by the deadly and crippling second wave of the Covid-19 pandemic. However, that shouldn't make us forget that hunger is an as big a pandemic in India and Covid-19 has made it worse.

Dreaming Bees Foundation had started its operation amidst the pandemic in 2020 and one of its objectives is to fight hunger.

As Darshini, daughter of Parthasarathi and Barnini, turns one on 25th may 2021, they are starting a fundraiser with a small contribution with Dreaming Bees Foundation with an objective to help a few wonderful group of people who are relentlessly fighting to provide food to the people in need.
