Hi, I’m Jaivir Gulati, a 16-year-old student at Institut Le Rosey, Switzerland. In 2023, I founded Fabrecreate, a social enterprise dedicated to transforming surplus fabrics into HOPE Jackets. These jackets are designed to provide warmth and protection to vulnerable children in conflict zones and refugee camps around the world, including India, Myanmar, Ukraine, Lebanon, and Yemen.
Our HOPE Jackets are more than just clothing—they are life-saving and convertible into sleeping bags, offering extra warmth in the harshest conditions. By repurposing surplus textiles, we are not only protecting children but also helping to reduce textile waste, diverting over 12,000 meters of fabric annually from landfills and preventing more than 7 metric tons of CO₂ emissions each year.
Driven by a vision of a more sustainable and equitable world, I am continually seeking opportunities to collaborate with like-minded individuals and organizations. Let’s connect and work together to make a positive impact!
Thank you for your generosity and support!
