We are raising funds to support our dear friend Dinesh Kumar who is suffering from stomach cancer. Hailing from a small village in Manipur,  Dinesh has fought all odds in his life to earn a doctorate in Physics from IIT Madras. He was working at TIFR Mumbai and then in NSU Jamshedpur before quitting his job due to his severe health condition. These past few months have been extremely difficult for him and his brave wife Kanti (also a Ph.D. from IIT Madras).  They are suffering immense pain and hardship but are determined to defeat the disease.

Dinesh is currently admitted and receiving treatment at HCG Comprehensive Cancer Care Hospital, Double Road, Shanti Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560027. Dinesh and Kanti have already spent about Rs.13,00,000 on his treatment so far and are in dire need of about Rs.20,00,000 more to continue his Chemotherapy, Radiation therapy, and medical care.

We appeal to you to come forward and support this fundraising campaign to help Dinesh. Any contribution from you will help Kanti and Dinesh - their only wish is to return to their normal married life.
