Dilip Mishra, a 34 years old residing in Andheri(east) needs your help. He is suffering from obesity which has impacted his entire life. Dilip met with a small accident in his school days and was not able to walk properly. To add on to that the painkillers he had an adverse effect on him as he gained abnormal weight and it has increased over years.

Dilip, being a 34 years youngster is expected to work and earn for his family however he is facing a lot of pain due to his obesity where he cannot walk properly or move his hands. He also underwent varicose veins surgery.Doctor has asked for a knee replacement for him to walk and live a normal life. This knee replacement would not be possible unless he undergoes a weight loss treatment which would cost him 6 lakh rupees.
Dilip works with a reputed courier service but due to his illness had to take many leaves which resulted in his demotion from on-roll to an ofg-roll employee. His family is dependent on him where he has his wife and two kids of less than 5 years at home, Along with them he has his mom dad who are at their old age. His dad works as a watchman after his retirement which works as an helping hand. However Dilip's and his dad's income is insufficient for the treatment and at the same time to feed the family.
