My name is Shiva Basappa and I am here to raise funds for my nephew Devakar who is 19 years old. Devakar lives in Chamarajanagar, Karnataka with his parents.

Devakar met with a road traffic accident. He is currently admitted and receiving treatment in Jss Hospital (Jagadguru Sri Shivarathreeshwara Hospital).
