Mr.Barik is Suffering from CANCER OF ALVEOLUS.His condition is really critical. A few years back when he was ignorant about this disease, it looked like mouth Ulcer on the right buccal mucosa and it continued for one month gradually it increased. He was an Operated case of right buccal mucosa wide excision with right upper alveolectomy in 2012, following which he received radiotherapy and was on regular follow up. Then he developed lesion in the right buccal mucosa and on the left lower GB sulcus. Then, after all, he has Cancer of the alveolus and getting treated in Hinduja National Hospital and Medical Research Centre. He needs to undergo extended hemi mandibulectomy with free flap surgery for the same. The total expense for the surgery, hospitalization, and medication will be approximately Rs-4,00,000/-(Rupees Four Lakhs Only). The bad part for Damodar is he has not received any help under "Rajiv Gandhi Jeevan daini Yojna".
Damodar is a poor farmer having two daughters one 15 and younger 13 years old, He is the sole earning person in his family. Till today he has spent 37 lakhs in his treatment he has sold all his lands, jewelry. Now he seeks help for his final surgery to save his life as doctors have confirmed life criticality, if he doesn't undergo surgery before Jan -2020.
