Areas: Banganga slums, Lower Parel slums, Mahalaxmi Dhobi Ghat, Colaba and Cuffee Parade slums, Colaba Macchimar Nagar & Dhobi Ghat, Neapean Sea Road slums and kholis.
The money will specifically be used first -
For masks and for sanitizers - this is because in the slum areas, there's no direct water supply to each house. At the time of self quarantine, it's essential that people don't gather at the local tap or tanki and that they continue to wash their hands. Sanitizers have come out at the top, of things required urgently. Hand washing liquid and soaps will also be provided, along with repeated instructions on how to wash hands and avoid contact with too many surfaces.

The food bags being made will contain:  
1. Wheat flour - 5 kg
2. Rice - 5 kg
3. Edible Oil - 2 kg
4. Sugar - 2 kg
5. Tea - 1/2 kg
6.  Pulses (Toor Daal) - 1 kg
7.  Salt - 1/2 kg
8. Soap / Sanitizer / Handwash - 3 nos
9. Sanitary Pad - 1 pack
10. Poha - 1 kg
11. Glucose biscuits - 1 pack
Currently in touch with grocers and bazaars to see how many bags can be made and delivered.
Secondly, those who we know (confirmed by community workers) are already in short supply of essential things will be provided with food packets or milk-based on what the requirement is.
