Northern India is facing a devastating crisis. In Punjab, the state is experiencing its worst floods in nearly 40 years, with all 23 districts affected, over 3.5 lakh people displaced, and thousands of villages submerged. Crops, homes, and livestock have been washed away, leaving families struggling to survive.
At the same time, Himachal Pradesh has been hit by deadly landslides and flash floods—entire hillsides collapsing, roads blocked, and lives lost. Communities in Sirmaur and other regions are cut off, with urgent need for shelter, food, and medical support.
