The socio-economic impacts of COVID-19 in India cannot be overstated. To support families that were already struggling and are now finding it difficult to sustain themselves, Saambhavi has dedicated all its resources to help them and build resilience in our nation.
Even before the second wave began, numerous people have reached out to Saambhavi for help. For the past 15 months, we have been providing medical support, distributing ration, and supporting the educational needs of 58 such families. At Saambhavi, we have received over 50 requests for medical treatment of underprivileged men, women, and children.
The physical trauma of the pandemic aside, the lockdown has caused severe stress to all. We are striving to provide universal mental health support through online yoga classes. If you can, please consider donating here to support our efforts. Stay safe.
Till now we have helped 58 families with educational and other needs and trying hard to cover help more and more every day.
