His name is Ram Singh kirar, he's a tempo driver. He has been admitted in AIIMs Bhopal since a couple of month , fighting black fungus. The daily expenses of the treatment is costing them a lot. Being the soul earner of his family he is unable to afford his own treatment. Making them week against fighting for their life.
He's not the only one, there are many similar names of patients with similar stories. With the hope of finding some aid through government they are admitted in AIIMs, but due to mismanagement between central and state government the most essential injections (Liposomal Amphotericin B) required for the treatment which has to be provided on regular basis by the government are not being made available timely resulting in delay in treatment leading them to loose their essential organ like eyes, nose, jaws etc.
Each patient require 4 injection per day for a month and each injection costs (6000-7500)rs.
