Save Lives in Rural India  (Covid -19)

India is in deep crisis as we all know. Almost every household is affected by COVID-19 and health systems are overwhelmed beyond capacity resulting in avoidable mortalities.

We are trying to mobilize medical equipment to supplement the limited resources currently available in India.

Our current focus is on the Mithila region (including Terai of Nepal) where medical infrastructure needs maximum support.

This is our first call to help with shipment of the following to Darbhanga where several areas have been sealed due to high infection rate.  Our communication with the local administration have revealed acute and urgent need of the following:

1.       Oxygen flow meters

2.       Oxygen cylinders (D type)

3.       Oxygen concentrators

4.       Pulse oximeter and sensor-based sanitizing machines

5.       PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) oxygen generation plants

We will reach out to other areas as we progress. We believe each of us can help India in these critical times.

100%  of funds received will be used to help affected areas in India, starting with Mithila. We are committed to sharing  details of fund utilization with full transparency and accountability. We will post regular updates  on this page including details of equipment sent and address of recipients.

This effort is being managed by One Small Village , a  non-profit 501(c)(3) organization in collaboration with TS Village Development Society, a grassroots Indian NGO active in the area.
