Elixir was created to be operated by, with the help of, and for young people. An organisation that uses the young demography to improve many people's lives and contribute to the growth of our country. Since 2014, we have collaborated with many young people in India on a range of challenges that continue to plague the country. Elixir has worked relentlessly to be a voice for the underprivileged, oppressed, and disenfranchised, whether it be by providing them with food, clothing, or a roof over their heads.

The Narol Industrial Cluster is a collection of many businesses mostly involved in the processing and dyeing of textiles. The majority of the families who reside here are low- and middle-income groups who work in various chemical and textile firms.
Four pillars were chosen for this programme, and they were determined by the survey findings and needs assessments of the chosen families.
Pillar 1 : Skilling & Employment
Pillar 2 : Health & Family Welfare
Pillar 3 : Education & Child Support
Pillar 4: Awareness & Financial Literacy
Elixir engages the community and raises awareness of the value of receiving a solid education to advance in life at the local level in Narol. It makes an effort to use both traditional and unconventional approaches to make learning enjoyable.
These children's education and learning have suffered greatly as a result of the previous pandemic since the majority of them did not have access to modern conveniences like cellphones and reliable internet connections, which we now take for granted.
The Elixir Foundation will utilise the funds raised via this campaign to assist the education of the children living in these homes, breaking the cycle of poverty in their families and enabling children to receive an education through both conventional and non-traditional ways.so that they might one day contribute positively to society.
Utilization of funds:
10000INR will be used for benefit of 2 kids.
