There are 38 Crores unorganized workers across the nation, more than 35% of the daily wage workers are left out on labour chowks without any work and unfortunately they have to go back their home with nothing.
There is a big reason as to why they are not able to find work? - Everything is online nowadays and people are becoming very busy in order to grow their status so they save time by using online services.
Daily wage workers service is still an offline process, if customers need any service for their task they need to visit labour chowks in order to hire daily wage workers. It is a time consuming process so either the customers postpone their work or drop their small tasks due to their busy schedule (Workers stay on labour chowk till 11 AM only) which indirectly affects the employment opportunities of these workers.
To solve this problem we have come up with an app based solution. But we need funds to bring out our app in the market and spread awareness about our app which will help our daily wage workers to find work online.
