We are fund raising for the cause supporting the vulnerable Adolescent girls. The adolescents in this district are victims of early child marriages despite the strict laws and ranks third among all the 674 districts of India. The early marriages cause them to drop out of school which again limits opportunities for their development. They do not get to complete their basic education due to various reasons, majorly because of poverty, awareness then lack of teachers in school, lack of proper toilets and infrastructure in schools, distance to school which is often far for middle and high schools, unable to pay for travel, low aspirations, lack of educated women role models, etc.

Our organization has been working with the communities for few years now and we noticed this issue and have made a plan to strengthen the adolescents and create the opportunities for them. You can support us in getting them quality education through educated community tutors who can render tuitions locally, admission to vocational training institutes, for building their skills and exposure visits to help them visualize life from all different aspects, role model interactions, community meetings for parent-school faculties, enrolment drive for school drop out girls etc. All these events are done by our volunteers whom we intent to pay a basic wage/remuneration for their services. We also intend to provide basic skills in livelihood generating domains like sewing, basic computer literacy, and book keeping and accounts for self employment. The adolescent will also get life skill training, their rights and policies.
One little support will help the development of around 100 identified school drop out adolescents in rural area of Deoghar, Jharkhand.
