My name is Sachin Kumar Singh, and I am here to raise funds for my son, Saurish Kumar Singh, who is 3 years old. Saurish lives in Ranchi, Jharkhand, with his parents.

Saurish has been suffering from Spinal Muscular Atrophy for the past few months. He is yet to start receiving medication at AIIMS Hospital.
