There's this frail stray cat who we feed on a daily basis. Upon taking him to the vet we found out that he's suffering in several ways - his kidneys and liver are damaged, he has infection and ulcers in his mouth and a host of other problems. The doctor told us he needs prolonged medical treatment if he has a chance of getting better. We're going to have to take him to the vet regularly, perhaps on a daily basis, in addition of course taking care of his extensive medical needs. He has told us to be prepared for a pretty high cost but we're going to do as much as we can on our own and hopefully this fundraiser will help with that.

We've already taken in over 30 stray cats and four dogs in our own house and warehouse space (aka Transcending Obscurity premises) and we're doing our very best there, making sure they're all well-fed, medically treated, and taken care of in all possible ways. To isolate and specially take care of a very sick cat is going to be demanding and any help in treating him and giving him a better life would be great.
