From Sohol Village to a Dream in Public Policy:
I’m Chetan Kailas Bolke from Sohol, a small village in Washim district, Maharashtra. Despite limited resources, I’ve always believed that education and public service can change lives.
I completed my engineering from COEP Pune, one of Maharashtra’s top government colleges. Currently, I’m preparing for the UPSC Civil Services Examination at the Pre-IAS Training Center, Sambhaji Nagar, with a mission to work for rural development and social justice.
A Prestigious Opportunity, A Financial Hurdle
This year, I was selected for the Master’s in Public Policy (MPP) at the Kautilya School of Public Policy, Hyderabad—one of India’s top institutions, which admits just 60 students a year.
With a 75% scholarship, my contribution is ₹8.48 lakh for tuition, accommodation, and meals. I’ve already paid ₹1,00,000 with support from well-wishers.
Loan Rejected, Deadline Extended
I applied for an education loan, but due to a low CIBIL score, my applications were denied.
The college had set 30th June 2025 as the deadline to pay the first installment of ₹2,14,500. After I explained my situation, they kindly extended the deadline to 31th July 2025.
Your Support Can Bridge the Gap
This journey isn’t just mine—it’s a story of hope for thousands of students from villages like mine. Your support, however small, will help me take one step closer to building a better future for our communities through policy.
Thank you for believing in me.
Warm regards,
