Chaithra suffers from Hereditary spastic paraplegia (HSP), which is a hereditary, degenerative, neurological disorder that primarily affects the upper motor neurons.

The Patient, a 14-year-old girl has been suffering since 4 years and is from a very poor background, the patient does not have her father. 

Request you to donate for this Nobel cause the funds raised will be used for treatment, management and medication for the patient.
