With utmost humility I want to inform you that my widow mother (Smt. Chaitali Mishra) is suffering from ovarian cancer since last two months, after getting all the tests done, we have come to know about her this disease. We are all very poor and we are able to run our house with great difficulty. My father passed away in 2014 due to cancer. At home, me and my younger sister who are studying. My mother gets Rs. 2500/- per month as pension by the Chief Minister of Delhi. Along with studies, I do the work of teaching home tuition to the small children around me so that I can help a little in the house. Apart from this, there is no one in my house who can help us financially.
My mother's treatment is going on in Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Hospital, Delhi. After discussion in this hospital, we were told that my mother would be given six chemotherapy and after seeing the result, further operation would be considered. In this regard, an estimate has also been given to us by the senior doctor of Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Hospital, in which it has been asked to arrange Rs.4,80,000/- (Rs. Four Lakh Eighty Thousand). How can I arrange such a huge amount, which has put me and my mother in a lot of worry. Since I am the eldest son of the house and I have the responsibility of my entire family and I also want to get my mother treatment, so I need your help. You are requested to kindly cooperate by giving me the amount of assistance for the treatment of my mother according to the attached Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Hospital's estimate. I and my family will always be grateful to all of you. We have already lost our father, so my mother is everything for us now.
Please help us in making a crisis by releasing this amount from your care fund for my mother's treatment, so that ours mother's shadow remains over the son and daughter.
