Sankalp Cancer Care Foundation was established in 2018 by a few like-minded good Samaritans whose family member(s) had suffered from this dreaded disease. Sankalp means an oath, determination taken for a good cause to help detect cancer at an early stage and provide a better life to the needy. Sankalp Cancer Care Foundation is a “Not for Profit Charitable Organization” established to educate the masses about the scourge of various types of Cancers ((breast cancer, cervical cancer, prostate cancer, leukemia), their Prevention, and to take the process of timely screening to the doorsteps of the underprivileged masses. If early detection is made, Sankalp could help such patients seek timely treatment and intervention. Screening helps find Cancers at an early and treatable stage, thus improving the victim's survival rate.
We are registered under Section 12A and have 80G approval under the Income Tax Act 1961. It is also registered with Niti Aayog (NGO Darpan) and its unique ID is DL/2020/0270997. Its CSR-1 (Ministry of Corporate Affairs Govt. of India) registration number is CSR00011691.

We focus on spreading cancer awareness to multiple stakeholder groups through online & offline mediums which include:
• Awareness camps in rural areas with a focus on oral, breast & cervical cancer.
• Tobacco-cessation camps.
• Anti-tobacco workshops in schools & colleges around the year.
• Corporate awareness workshops Street plays & street music festivals.
• Online campaigns.
• Radio & media campaigns.
• Awareness events.
During the last annual year 2020-2021, we screened and educated around 2800 patients, and operations were done with the help of SCCF Doctors. Recently with the kind support of the National Hydroelectric Power Corporation (NHPC Limited) Government of India, we have been granted an MMU (mobile-medical Unit) Van equipped with the necessary Machines which will play an essential role in the performance of the Task of this NGO and Achievement of the vision in 2022.
Looking ahead to the year 2022, SCCF hopes to integrate the delivery of early detection by screening various cancers on a large scale and saving lives.
