My husband  is suffering from renal failure for the last 3 years. Now under hemodialysis for the past 1 year in  Kochi, Kerala. Since the only solution now is kidney transplant, we planned to go for kidney transplant. We cannot able to meet the medical and surgical expenditure for the kidney transplant as solely. Kindly help for my husband surgery.
