Bulbul Roy  is 57 years old and is residing in Patna, Bihar.  She has been diagnosed with kidney failure. But  she needs kidney dialysis . She is being treated at Ruban Memorial Hospital and IGIMS Patna. Which will cost around Rs.100,000.
