When the sun sets in Sataon block, Raebareli, it brings more than darkness. It brings danger. With no streetlights and frequent power cuts, village roads go pitch black. Snake bites, falls, and accidents are common. Women and girls avoid stepping out after dark. Children struggle to study. Life comes to a fearful pause every evening.

But last year, that changed — 60 solar street lights across 7 villages transformed lives.
