Help My Brother To Fight With Kidney Damage

My name is Tushar Jawrani and I am here to 'Raise Funds' for my brother Brijlal Jawrani (Vicky) , who is suffering from Kidney failure . 

Giving note to Brijlal- He is a 31 year young and active man resides in Indore, In past, he was as  healthy as us... Aspiring towards a corporate career and  was on his success path... But 3 years ago... It started with a normal fever, malaria due to   some  viral issues. The referred Dr. is unaware about this. but after few weeks the same thing happened.and the fever started rotating.But we switch to many Dr's because of not getting the disease.By referring to different Dr's we got the conclusion that Brijlal's one kidney Is damaged..and it left everyone of us shocked.. Brijlal is suffering  this problem from three long  years. Presently he is on Dailysis routine checkup. And  Dr said his kidney is  recovering. But three months ago because of weather change conditions, Brijlal becomes anxious, lazy and  tired because of fever we got him checked up from Dr and Dr. said everything is well and  good. But after  few days  he started blood vomiting, and we admitted him in the hospital...
