My name is Abhishek Singh and I am here to raise funds for my father Brajesh Kumar Singh who is 54 years old. Brajesh Kumar Singh is a permanent resident of Ballia, Uttar Pradesh & currently lives in Gurugram, Haryana with his spouse & children.
Brajesh Kumar Singh is suffering from Severe AR (Needs Aortic Valve Replacement through TAVR procedure) from Past the few months. He is receiving Dialysis treatment and medication in private hospital after being admitted for 12 days due to minor heart failure.
Till date, we've spent about Rs.12,50,000. We'd arranged this amount from our savings & loans.
But now, within next few days, we need Rs.22,00,000 more for further life-saving treatment.
