Blind and disabled children from poor background families are usually neglected and not taken care of, not provided with the basic amenities to cope with their disability and live independently. They are often just kept in a corner, while the parents need to go work to earn a living. "Children with visual impairment should study and become independent enough to get a job and earn their living.

Human care welfare society has been serving differently able with monthly groceries, Clothes, Medical aid and other necessary help for last two years in uttar pradesh. Giving them monthly groceries is not enough help for them, We have now taken a step ahead and started their initial check up. In some cases treatment cost is very high. Many parents are approaching us with hope, but we cannot serve them all without your support because of the shortage of funds.Only with your support, we can continue giving a better future to more underprivileged Blind and paralyzed children.”A small amount can change the life of a child; through education, nutrition, and basic protection, children can lead normal lives.
