Hit by CANCER and a CAR, this is a desperate cry for help!

Sujatha and Biju were returning home on Sunday, to prepare themselves and the family for their journey ahead, to fight Sujatha's dreaded Cancer affliction, when they got hit from behind by a rash driver. It was a horrific accident, with Sujatha suffering very serious multiple fractures to the pelvic bone and collar bone, head injury and much more. Her husband Biju too suffered a fracture and was put out of action.
Meanwhile at home their two daughters were worried witless about the inordinately long delay in the arrival of their parents, till the news hit them and then they broke down. Currently they are with friends, as the family does not have any other support system.
They had just about got back to normalcy, having lost a large part of their belongings in the recent flood and the ensuing sickness, when this double tragedy hit them.
Financially fragile, Biju the sole earner is now out of action, the burden has gone sky rocketing and they are helpless, horrified and aghast. In his presnt condition Biju can do nothing more than helplessly stand by and stare at his wife lying in pain in the bed.

Hello Friends

Thank you for your spontaneous response. While we have collected a good amount of money we are still far off from the target and your support is earnestly requested to spread this message even further.

Meanwhile, by God's grace, Sujatha's pelvic bones have fused and successful plastic surgery was executed to aid the healing of her deep wounds on the foot and thigh.

She has now been discharged after the accident related serious injuries. She will now shortly be admitted for the Cancer treatment which is the real fight ahead.

Please do extend your helping hand by spreading this message further. Every single drop is valuable.

Hello Friends

I am sharing an update on Sujatha and Biju's condition.

Sujatha has been making rapid recovery with regard to her deep wounds on the thigh and on the foot. This was a major concern for the doctors, as, if it did not heal fast enough amputation would have had to be seriously considered.

By God's grace she is now shifted to the plastic surgery ward, where skin grafting will be carried out on the wounded area.

However, she will still be in hospital till the pelvic bone and collar bone fractures healing process has progressed satisfactorily. only after this will she be able to begin her treatment for Cancer.

Meanwhile her husband's fractured hand is also healing well, though it continues to be in a cast.

We sincerely thank all those who have spontaneously responded to this very sincere and fervent call for help and appeal to those who are just getting aware of this double calamity to extend their very valuable helping hand.

Thank you & God bless!
