I am Mr. Brijesh Das Purakayastha have been suffering from acute kidney disorder since May 2018. My situation is extremely grim these days living on dialysis after losing my both the kidneys to become functional. As suggested by doctors there is an emergency requirement of the kidney to transplant for the survival. But due to the lack of sound financial condition, I am unable to go for it which is an immediate requirement.
