From a Digital Parish to a Real-Life Foundation

What started as a simple WhatsApp group called "Pathiri" during the isolation of COVID-19 has grown into a vibrant spiritual family of 2,000 members. Led by Fr. Benjo Chittattukarakkaran SDV, our community in Udumalpet (Ramanathapuram Diocese) has moved beyond just sharing reflections—we are now putting our faith into action.

The Mission: A Roof for the Sheltered

In our small parish of just 27 families, we noticed a neighbor in desperate need. We took a leap of faith to build a house for a family among us who has nowhere else to turn.

If you watch the video, you’ll see the progress: the bricks are laid, and the walls are rising. But the work has stalled. We are at a critical stage, and we need your help to place the roof and finish the interiors. Our goal is to hand over the keys by January 2026.

Inspired by "Daivathinte Charanmar"

Fr. Benjo shares a powerful concept from Joseph Annamkutty Joseph’s book, God’s Spies. The idea is simple: God doesn’t always come down in person to solve every problem; instead, He sends "spies"—ordinary people like you and me—to do His work quietly and with love.
