I am raising funds for my wife, Bh. Lasya, who is just 30 years old. We live together in Hyderabad, Telangana.
A few months ago, our lives changed completely when my wife was diagnosed with Acute Mast Cell Leukaemia, a rare and aggressive form of blood cancer. Since then, she has been undergoing intensive treatment and is currently admitted at Basavatarakam Indo American Cancer Hospital and Research Institute, Hyderabad, where she is receiving chemotherapy under constant medical supervision.
So far, we have spent around ₹45,00,000 on her treatment. This amount was arranged through our savings and loans, exhausting us both financially and emotionally. Despite all efforts, her treatment is still ongoing, and doctors have advised further chemotherapy followed by a bone marrow transplant, which is crucial for her survival.
In the next few days, we urgently need ₹50,00,000 to continue her treatment, proceed with the bone marrow transplant, and manage associated medical expenses.
The cost is overwhelming, and we are unable to bear it alone.
