My name is Boominathan, studying 11th standard and I'm here to raise funds for my father. My father's name is Baskar who is 54 years old. we are living in a village called Siruvanthadu. We are basically from the lower middle class. My family has 4 members including myself, my father, my mother, and brother studying 9th standard.

My father has been diagnosed with colorectal cancer in the month of March and we struggled for his treatment due to curfew initially. My father is the breadwinner of our family and due to curfew and his health condition he was unable to work from the past.

We have done initial surgery by pledging our jewels and now we have to do another surgery. He has been on a colostomy bag and needs to undergo chemotherapy and radiation therapy. Currently taking treatment in Manakula Vinayagar Hospital and now we immediately require 10 lakh rupees.
