My name is Sarvesh Singh and I'm here to raise funds for my brother-in-law Balbeer Singh who is 32 years old. He lives in chitrakoot along  with his spouse  and is working as a farmer .Balbeer Singh is suffering from Kidney failure since  8 months. He is receiving dialysis in Apollo Hospitals since 4 month . Untill now have spent 4 lakh from saving  in dialysis and medicine. 

Now dr told the only option is kidney transplant which cost 10 lakh .

We have managed to get 4 lakh from savings and relatives. We needed 6 lakh more before 15 July
