The Respected and Honorable kind hearted donors and educationalists,
I,Balaji Sukumar Kalikiri, Head Master, in obediently submitting to your kind perusal, Sir at present I had stopped all the Lions club activities and concentrating to develop my school where I am working as Head of the Institute i.e at MP Primary School at Kadapa Dist. i.e at Sidhout, 25KM away from Dist Head quarter Kadapa Andhra Pradesh, India. Earlier the school was in a panic condition, where there was broken compound wall, with dirty washed out colors and on. I had triad my level best to develop the school. I pleaded the commissioner of Education to make this school as English medium the humble commissioner of Andhra Pradesh mam had accorded permission to run English medium school. Due to this my school strength increased from 22 to 127 strength just in one year.
Submitting sir, submitting sir this school had established in the year of 1930 as per the rrecord and there were 600 above students were studying in this school. Later the big building has been collapsed and the history of the school has gone back under dark. When I joined as a teacher there were only 10 to 12 students were presenting to school the school was in pathetic condition. The surroundings poor family children were coming to school. After taking the charge as Head master I utilized my own salary money on this school and made changes. I pleaded many but non responded but only one mam Honorable Commissioner madam only responded and with her motivation I and my co teacher Srmt. Nirmala Garu developed the school.
Sir/Mam, Here in my school many students belongs to Scheduled cast and too poor families. The parents of them are daily labors and sometimes there will be no work. They even unable to buy at least slate pencil for the words. But the students are much brilliant. We teachers set goals to the students that they have to leave with bright future. I am still trying to improve the strength of the school and there is a positive response from the parents and the private school going children parents are also showing interest to join their children in our school. Sir next year I hope many will join their words in this school.
Sir, this school is still in need the following some the needy things in part of developing the school. I humbly begging you by all means to kind enough to provide at least some of the items or all mentioned here under.
Earlier there was only two big rooms were there I managed to make three by dividing one opf the big room in to two. Now we are having three class rooms. Ist, 3rd and 5th classes are having rooms. But 2nd and 3rd are sitting under tree shads. Due to drought there were no rains and the trees are not having much lives and we have to search for shade to run classes. I pleaded many officials and political leaders are are vain. Now the summer season is going to be started and it is highly dangers to run the class in high summer the UV rays will be strong/HIGH.
I tried to gather money to made a tin shelter at least but I could not get money. As I have to look after my family too. i.e only son, has to complete his graduation. [Wife divorced] Recently my mother has also passed away, who was suffered with Parkinson and she was bed redden for 6 long years. I was the only son to look after her.
Now I humbly beg you people to kind enough to help my school please. Our school required the following. Without class rooms where can the students sit and one of my office stated the who asked to you to develop the school? For this, I have no answer with me. As I born and grown up in school only as my parents both were teachers. I like school since my birth I am in school only there is no one to ask me to develop this. And this is my life. But by seeing the poor students sitting under open hot sun and it is highly difficult to stand 5minitus there but they has to sit 8hours.
Kind hearted people I humbly request you to kindly image the situation of them and kindly help some needy to get Additional Class rooms first. Than other mentioned equipment.

Respected sir, in this class there are 42 students are studying in hot suffocation. I am trying my level best to develop the school by all means. I arranged freely with my own money a little furniture, Uniforms, Note books and even text books, shoes, tie belt and even west cote to my students.
I also engaged 2 volunteers to look after classes and spending nearly 9 thousand every month on this school from my salary. this school is function up to 4.30 Pm where as all schools works up to 3.45pm as per the school policy.

I humbly requesting you and begging you to kind enough to donate the above material to my school please please please I will be personally gratitude to your kind heart please. If anyone send amount and ask me to keep their fore fathers name or their kid names on the newly constructed class rooms I will build on their name too.
