Bagwan Mahin Abdul is a 12-year-old child suffering from a case of Chronic Osteomyelitis left forearm with bone loss and Madelung deformity. The girl urgently needs a 2 stage surgery which requires two lakh fifty thousand rupees for the surgery or else she can lose her arm completely. They are unable to access treatment under Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Jan Arogya Yojana as this procedure is not covered under the scheme. Also, their application under the Chief minister's relief fund is pending with the government due to the current crisis in Maharashtra. Her parents are unable to afford her treatment as they barely make ends meet as her father is a fruit vendor with marginal earnings.  She is their only daughter and the girl urgently needs surgery before the infection further spreads and the family is in no situation to even raise a loan for her immediate surgery.
