Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Naveen Siripuram from Boath, Adilabad district, Telangana (India). We were blessed with a baby boy on 28th July, 2020 at 1030 hrs at Govt. Hospital, Nirmal District headquarter. My son did not cried at the time of birth, upon which on the doctor’s advice, we had admitted him into a local private hospital, Kaveri Hospital, Nirmal. After 3-days of observation, the Kaveri hospital doctors advised us to shift another major hospital for good treatment.
Immediately, on the midnight of 30th July, 2020, we have shifted our son in an ambulance to Hyderabad and admitted at Rainbow Children's Hospital, LB Nagar, Hyderabad for better treatment. The treatment is undergoing at Rainbow Hospital and I’ve attached all medical reporters which took from the Kaveri Hospital Management.
I am raising funds for my son, who is suffering from TERMA/AGA, RESPIRATORY DISTRESS, BIRTH ASPHYXIA. As of now, we have paid Rs.2.50 lakhs for our son treatment, which took as debt from close relatives & friends. We need Rs 10,00,000 more to continue the treatment and save his life. We are unable to pay the required amount because I am working as an outsourcing Data entry operator. Now, I am facing difficulties in finding more money for my son's treatment and cannot afford this much huge amount.
We'll use the raised funds towards the following:
