My wife gave birth to twins; a son and a daughter both born pre-maturely in 28 weeks. Both weighed 1300 gms at birth and were in the NICU for 2 weeks. My daughter recovered and is now ready to come home but my Son, youngest out of the two is struggling for his life on full life support. He was on a path to recovery but one day in a matter of few hours his condition deteriorated and he was unable to breath on his own. The doctors diagnosed him with the below
1. Acute Sepsis
2. Chronic Lung Disease
3. Pulmonary Intestinal Emphysema.
He is on full Life support and is continuously fighting for survival. When everyone gave up on him, he showed signs of recovery and we want to fight for him too but we are now completely out of funds. In the last 43 days, I have exhausted all my savings around 17 lacs on both my children. My daughter will be out of the hospital soon but the doctors estimate an expense of approx 50,000 per dayand there are still pending bills to be paid.
I am a middle class man and it will be difficult for me to repay any loans that I take banks or relatives. That is not an option for me. I need all the help I can get to fight for the life of my little baby boy.
