    This fundraiser will benefit

    child of Jaydeep Shah

    from Bhiwandi;Bhiwandi Nizampur, Maharashtra;MH

We want to request your help for a 6-day old baby diagnosed with a rare condition of Hypoglycemic convulsions and sepsis right from 2 days after birth. With his blood glucose dropping to a tremendous *low of 13*, hemoglobin peaking to a *high of 22*, calcium dropsy, jaundice, and all of these leading to convulsions and sepsis from time to time in this tiny body.

The most recent update as of 22nd August 10 am is that the baby’s CRP level has peaked to 157 indicating a high infection in the blood. The most saddening part – it has not yet been possible to diagnose the cause, and we need to prevent the infection from reaching the baby’s brain.

Of course, as someone who knows their family, we are doing all in our capacity to help them with the funds needed, emotional and medical support, and anything else.

The funds raised through this fundraiser will go towards the treatment of the Baby Boy of Kiran and Jaydeep Shah, who may need to be kept in the N-ICU (Neonatal ICU) and special care for the next 2-3 weeks. (Estimated expenses INR 2,50,000)

In the last 6 days of treatment and hospitalization, an amount of INR 53,086 has been spent. PLEASE DONATE & SHARE this with as many people as you can. Please help us save HIS life.

History of the parents:

The father of the baby Jaydeep Shah has had NO income since March as the operations at where he works have been suspended indefinitely due to COVID. To top this all, he was detected with deteriorating health because of Pneumonia, leading to very high Diabetes (approx. 350) and a sudden lapse due to Covid-19. This took away a large chunk of their savings (Approx. 55,000).

The mother Kiran Shah was on unpaid maternity leave, and due to an unexpected drying up of the amniotic fluid had to undergo a C-Section delivery which took away most of the remaining savings. (Approx. 52,000)
