Hi I am shajakan, suffering from hypertension with 8yrs,followed by CKD(chronic kidney disease) stage V. Now I need an emergency transplant for survival.For transplantation  my mother in law donates me a single kidney, but by Financial wise,I  don't have money,for further procedures, Till now I had paid four lacs for testing  process and medication purposes,Now I am undergoing dialysis twice a week,so pls kindly support me,if possible I will enclose all my medical records, pls believe me and support for my survival, I am having a 10 months baby
