On 22nd April 2021, one of my colleagues Mr. Awadhesh Srivastava died because of Liver Cirrhosis. He was taking treatment from ILBS Hospital Vasant Kunj, New Delhi (Institute of Liver and Biliary Sciences). Unfortunately, he could not recover. He is no more in this world.

His wife Ms. Monika called me up to give the sad news. When I got the news about his demise, I felt heartbroken and numb for a few minutes. I could feel the pain in her voice. When you work together, a special bond develops between colleagues. We went to various calls together and handled critical projects.

My colleague has two daughters who are in class 8 and class 10 respectively. Now after his death, the whole family is shifting to their native place in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.

It is a tough time for the family after Awadhesh Ji's death. He was the only bread earner in his family.

We have started this fundraiser to help his family in this situation of grief. The funds raised will help the two daughters to complete their education and put food in the family's stomach. Let us join hands to support Awadhesh Ji's family.
