Our dear friend, Atif Ayub, a bright 31-year-old IIT Guwahati alumnus, is battling Acute Myeloid Leukaemia (AML), a severe form of blood cancer. Atif is not just a brilliant mind with a promising future; he is also the sole breadwinner for his family, making his fight even more critical.
The treatment for AML is incredibly expensive, and while his corporate insurance will cover a fraction of the costs, it's nowhere near enough to manage the overall burden.
