The entire country is under the pressure of the Coronavirus pandemic, which has taken over a million lives globally. At the same time, Assam is facing severe floods that have destroyed homes. As many as 2 million people have been affected by the floods and the death toll stands at 80+ as of 23rd July 2020. Huge losses have been incurred and lives have been displaced.
Rescue missions have been initiated and relief camps have been successfully set up by the government and non-government organizations to help the stranded individuals and protect the deserted animals.

SHARP NGO, a PAN India 20-year-old organization has been actively working in Assam and northeast for more than a decade has also stepped forward and launched an Assam Flood Relief Operation and pledges to aide to our fullest extent to the people of our country who have been affected by the heavy rains, causing floods.
We request all to actively take part and make contributions to help out the causalities of the flood-hit areas, humans, and animals alike.

Immediate Need
  • Hygiene kit including sanitary pads for women.
Donations Amount: Donors may donate any amount of money. The fund raised here will be used to distribute 500 relief kits, i.e. Rs. 300* for each kit.
