Assam has been struck by massive floods, and a lot of lives are in danger. The floods have widely damaged houses, farmlands, schools, bridges and road links, thereby bringing the region to a halt. Nearly 70 lakh of people have been affected, and thousands of families are forced to take shelter in schools, temporary relief camps, and even on highways. In Assam, more than 45 lakh people have been displaced in the 33 districts and 17 deaths have been recorded so far.
Solution:-
Our team is working on the ground in Assam for the ongoing relief and rescue operations. We are trying our best to supply all possible help to people, and we have found that the need for food, drinking water, and medical assistance is enormous. We, therefore, appeal to you to make a contribution towards the cause, so that we can reach out to more people in distress.
